We publish professional literature and resources for Australian educators and teachers. Our books support reflective practice, foster career growth, promote best practice and engage educators in policy, research and practice developments that shape their professional life and their students’ learning. We welcome publishing proposals that share these aspirations. 

As an Australian publisher we know and understand the needs of Australian authors and teachers. We work with authors during the whole publishing journey to create books and resources that meet our shared vision and ensure that they reach our readers. As a new publisher we do things differently but we are experienced and care about publishing, books, learning and knowledge.

We invite proposals from academics, teachers and others who share our aim to publish professional literature and resources for Australian educators and teachers. Start by getting in touch to discuss your idea. If it sounds right we will ask you to prepare a publishing proposal. The proposal is your pitch. Your proposal needs to include details about the authors, the market, chapter outlines and explain why this is a book worth publishing. We then evaluate your proposal to determine its alignment with our publishing priorities and the needs of the market. If it works for both of us then we have a project.
