Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Purchase orders

All school orders require a purchase order number.

Payment terms

Website payments are accepted by credit card and PayPal. 

Tax Invoices

SmallCaps Publishing shall issue tax invoices in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation.

Backorder

All orders received prior to publication will be placed on backorder. Stock will be despatched within five working days of the publication date.

Delivery

In-stock purchases will be despatched within five working days.

All orders will be despatched by Australia Post, courier or by SmallCaps.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified in the purchase order.

Claims

All goods must be checked upon receipt and any faults or shortages reported to SmallCaps Publishing within seven days.

Returns

All Goods are sold firm sale.

SmallCaps Publishing will accept authorised returns of faulty, misbound or incorrect copies of print books and replacement stock will be supplied upon return of damaged stock.

Supply

SmallCaps Publishing reserves the right, at its discretion, not to supply certain customers. 

SmallCaps Publishing reserves the right to withhold supply from any customers who trades outside the agreed terms. 

Governing Law

Terms and Conditions of trade are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and Australia.
